Our Team

At the helm of Terra Engineering & Land Solutions is our founder and principle civil engineer and land surveyor, Steve Driver, PE, LS. Steve brings over 39 years of experience to the table, having earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and pursued further studies to achieve his surveyor's license.

Complementing Steve's expertise is Anthony Eshleman, our accomplished CAD technician. With an Associate of Arts degree in Music and Biblical Studies from Rosedale Bible College and experience gained through drafting courses at Piedmont Virginia Community College, Anthony brings a unique blend of technical skill and creative vision to our design team.

Joe Driver, who joined the company in 2003, provides essential leadership to our survey crew and ensures the smooth operation of our business administration. His Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration from Bridgewater College and pursuit of a Master of Arts in Bible Exposition at Northland International University demonstrate his commitment to excellence in both his professional and academic endeavors.
