We also provide professional engineering services in civil and other engineering disciplines.

Our Expertise

With decades of experience in the construction business, we have developed expertise in seismic upgrades for all types of buildings, particularly Soft Story projects. Our attention to detail and mindful approach have allowed us to complete over 96% of our projects with no change orders during construction.

Our Principals

Our Principal, Yazen H. Rabadi, is a licensed California Structural Engineer with over 12 years of structural engineering experience in building analysis and design. His technical expertise includes structural steel and light-gage steel design, reinforced concrete design (including post-tensioned concrete), masonry design, and wood design.
