Our Story

JD Pasquetti Construction holds a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes in every project we undertake. This legacy of quality and attention to detail stems from our deep-rooted history in the construction industry, spanning generations within the Pasquetti family. It all began in the early 1940s when Guiliano Pasquetti, the patriarch of our family, established himself as a logging contractor in Sierra Valley, California. He instilled a strong work ethic and a passion for precision in his son, Ray.

Ray followed in his father's footsteps, honing his skills in the Sierras before joining an engineering contractor firm in Auburn in the 1960s. This experience further shaped his expertise and ignited his ambition to build his own enterprise. In 1975, Ray Pasquetti took the leap and founded his own grading and paving company, marking the genesis of what would become the renowned JD Pasquetti Construction.

From a young age, Jason Pasquetti, Ray's son, was immersed in the world of construction. At just nine years old, he began assisting his family business, acquainting himself with the intricacies of the trade. His dedication and natural aptitude became evident when, at sixteen, he successfully secured and managed his first jobs.

Following his graduation from UC San Diego in 1991, Jason returned to the family fold, contributing his fresh perspective and academic knowledge. After his father's retirement in 1996, Jason seamlessly assumed operational control of the company, eventually becoming its sole owner in 1999. Today, he leads JD Pasquetti Construction alongside a dedicated team of skilled professionals, carrying forward the family legacy while continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and excellence.
