• UST Information: We provide valuable information to UST owners regarding compliance regulations, corrective action regulations, and the Alabama Tank Trust Fund (ATTF). The ATTF is a clean-up fund that covers up to $1,000,000 per release for eligible facilities, with certain requirements such as registration with ADEM, payment of regulatory fees, and meeting specific tank requirements.
