Founded in 1993, the Society of Afghan Engineers (SAE) is a US 501(c)(3) non-profit organization comprised of dedicated engineers and architects from around the globe. Driven by a shared passion for their homeland, SAE is committed to empowering professionals to contribute to the rebuilding and development of Afghanistan.
Our Mission
SAE exists to:
- Create a forum for Afghan engineers, architects, and scientists to connect, share knowledge, and collaborate.
- Foster the exchange of ideas and technologies to enhance architectural and engineering capacities in Afghanistan.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance on infrastructure development and other projects.
- Advocate for the recognition of Afghan expertise in the global community.
