Mercury Engineering is a professional engineering firm specializing in structural engineering and design. We take pride in our ability to solve complex and challenging problems, going beyond traditional structural engineering services. Our team has a wide range of experience in various types of projects, from underground bulk material handling transfer stations to aluminum design of solar panel support frames. We also provide consulting services for evaluating the structural integrity of large buildings and design heavy lift rigging. Our expertise extends to concrete design of footers and foundations, mine stockpile reclaim tunnels, and steel truss design of material conveyors.

At Mercury Engineering, we use the latest versions of STAAD.Pro for analysis and AutoCAD LT for 2D and Tekla for 3D design. Our team can provide fully detailed fabrication shop drawings in addition to typical structural drawings. We utilize laser scan point clouds inside the 3D model to identify clashes and correct fit up for complex structural modifications. We are also trained and certified under MSHA part 48 a and b to work on mine sites.
