Our History

Henry Bleck and his son, John, founded Bleck Engineering in 1945. John, a civil engineer, graduated from college and joined his father to form a family-run firm that has grown exponentially over the years. We have built our business on strong relationships with architects, builders, realtors, and attorneys, as well as repeat clients and satisfied customers.

Our Services

Bleck Engineering offers a wide range of services across various sectors, including private, public, healthcare, commercial, education, and religious. Our services include civil engineering, site planning, drainage studies, stormwater management, traffic engineering, streetscapes, parking lots, bicycle and pedestrian trails, earth retention systems, slope stabilization, site grading plans, permitting, public hearing, and expert testimony.

We also specialize in municipal engineering, providing services such as motor fuel tax projects, community development block grant projects, capital improvement projects, street maintenance, stormwater conveyance systems, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, NPDES planning, and compliance. Additionally, we offer geographic information systems, easement and plat preparation, and review of permits.
