• John Rowland, PE, TE, Senior Traffic Engineer - With over 30 years of experience in civil, traffic, and geotechnical engineering, John is a seasoned expert in traffic signal design, traffic analysis, and traffic impact studies.
• Will Washburn, PE, Senior Civil Engineer - With over 20 years of civil engineering experience, Will is skilled in design engineering for municipal infrastructure, site development, and improvement projects.
