Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who have a deep understanding of the engineering and construction industries. Jay Owen, our founder, has been in the industry for over 40 years, having graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1967. With a background in engineering and construction, Jay has developed a reputation for designing cost-effective and quality designs in a timely fashion.

Donald "Dee Dee" Graham, our other key team member, has also had a long and illustrious career in the industry. With a degree in business administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dee Dee has worked with various architectural and engineering firms, including Beaufort County School District, where he oversaw the development, renovation, and addition of over $60 million of educational facilities construction.
