Leadership

Our leadership is built on a strong foundation of integrity, honesty, and ethical leadership. Our President and Secretary, Randall F. Cailor, PE, has over 35 years of experience in the structural engineering industry. With a Master's degree in Engineering from Cornell University, Randy has designed over 35 million square feet of structure on over 320 projects throughout his career.

Our team has extensive experience in design and project management, with current licensure as a Professional Engineer in Georgia and project design experience in 28 states and China.
