Our President and Senior Signal Engineer, Rachel Moran, P.E., has over 24 years of experience in the industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Our COO and Senior Signal Engineer, Robert Swirbalus, P.E., brings over 28 years of expertise to the table. Together, we form a formidable team dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
