Belton Engineering, Inc. is a professional civil engineering firm with deep roots in the Central Texas Region. Our firm, centrally located in Belton Texas, is accessible to all area resources and is at the hub of Texas. Belton Engineering Inc. was founded by Lina Chtay, in association with David N. Mojica, in 2011. With a cumulative experience record of forty (40) years in the central Texas area, they set out to build a company aimed at creating an effective standardized program to help reduce costs in engineering and construction. By simplifying design, establishing better communication with clients, and dedicating more funds to training and acquiring new technology, our firm has become a leader in civil engineering.

Our team of experienced professionals includes LINA CHTAY, P.E., C.F.M. as President and Principal Engineer, DAVID NARVAEZ MOJICA as Land Development Consultant and Project Manager, RICHARD ROGERS as Design Engineer, ANDREW MAXWELL E.I.T., as Project Manager, ANNA ECHATAY as Administrative, RAMON ALVAREZ as Environmental Specialist, NAEEM EGHANI P.E., as Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing, and AYHAM CHTAY as Engineering/Surveying Intern.
