Ceteris specializes in government consulting, and we have designed an organizational structure that allows us to work on a variety of projects without compromising the quality of our services. Our extremely knowledgeable staff seamlessly integrates into your staff extension, providing strategic, collaborative counsel, and design services for projects of every shape and size. We have extensive experience in water, wastewater, storm water, paving, signing and markings, drainage, traffic and transportation engineering, as well as construction management and inspection to carry the project from design to construction completion.
