Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to excellence and committed to delivering the highest quality service to our clients. Our founder, Kevin Solli, has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, specializing in land development, and is well-versed in local and state permitting and construction requirements. Eric LaBatte, our Director of Operations, brings over 23 years of experience in land development engineering and has worked extensively in the telecom and renewable energy sectors. Robert Pryor, our Director of Site Engineering, has more than 30 years of experience in commercial, residential, municipal, educational, recreational, and industrial and federal projects. Casey Burch, our Senior Project Manager, has over 15 years of experience in site planning and land development engineering, while Luke Mauro, also a Senior Project Manager, specializes in site development, due diligence investigations, and traffic/transportation engineering.
