At Kirby Pike Ltd., we are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) established in 2019 by Chris Kirby and Zach Pike. Both our co-founders have a strong commitment to success and have a proven track record of excellence in program leadership, operations, maintenance, and engineering. Engineering Program Management

We provide professional engineering support for electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including power generation and distribution, standby and emergency systems, PLC and SCADA control systems, HVAC design, cooling and airflow analysis, data center analysis and design, and engineering drawings and engineering review.

Program Management

Our team has the expertise to implement, train, and emplace management processes that drive excellence from the top down. We utilize the Earned Value Management System, risk and opportunity management, recovery of "red" troubled programs, establishment of process/procedures, and metrics-driven sustainment.

Project Management

Our experienced and qualified Project Management Professionals ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget, while meeting all customer expectations. We manage request for change processes, develop and review schedules and budget requirements, and support factory and site acceptance testing.

Facilities Maintenance

Our facilities maintenance services include electrical, HVAC, computer hardware, software, database, system administration, and facilities staffing solutions for permanent and part-time maintenance support, electrical panel maintenance, and thermography.

Business Development

Our business development services include providing experienced and formally trained capture and proposal management professionals to optimize PWIN book volume, lead development, proposal and win strategy analysis, color team reviews, and business opportunity evaluations.

Our Team

Our team is led by Chris Kirby, a retired Chief Master Sergeant with 40 years of experience in the Air Force and commercial industry, and Zach Pike, a professionally licensed engineer with 20 years of experience in design, project planning, system integration, and project management. Our team has a strong track record of success and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
