At Adair Engineering, we are a multi-disciplined, professional engineering firm specializing in developing industrial projects and systems from concept through feasibility, design, financing, permitting, and construction to start-up and operation. Our History

Founded in 1986, Adair Engineering has grown from a small team of employees in Bakersfield, California to a family-run business with a presence in Grover Beach, California. We take pride in our extensive experience across various industries and engineering disciplines, and our ability to genuinely collaborate quickly and easily with our clients. In 2011, we became a certified Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE).

• Process Studies and Design: Preliminary and detailed engineering and design, construction and equipment specifications, constructed cost estimates, control and instrumentation development, and operating manuals.
• Project Management: Complete project management services for industrial engineering, procurement, and construction projects, including project initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing.
• Procurement: Complete procurement services or any portion of these services as required, including bid preparation & evaluation, equipment and material take-offs, purchase requisition preparation and expediting purchased equipment.
• Project and Systems Design: Engineering and design of capital budget projects, including preliminary and detailed engineering and design, construction and equipment specifications, constructed cost estimates, control and instrumentation development, and operating manuals.
• Energy Control: Comprehensive energy audits for implementation of cost reduction strategies and efficient energy management solutions.
