• Art Mears, P.E.

Art's lifelong connection to the mountains of the Western United States has instilled in him a profound respect for the inherent power of nature. After earning his B.S. in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Geology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Art established Arthur I. Mears, P.E., Inc. in 1981. With over 35 technical and research publications to his credit, Art has emerged as a leading authority in avalanche engineering.

• Chris Wilbur, P.E.

A registered professional engineer in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Washington, Chris brings a comprehensive understanding of geotechnical engineering and fluid mechanics to our team. Having earned his B.S. in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and his M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Chris established Wilbur Engineering, Inc. in 1995. His expertise enables us to deliver innovative solutions for complex natural hazard challenges.
