• *Threshold Inspection*: We perform threshold inspection services during the construction of buildings or parking garages classified as "threshold buildings" under Florida Statutes Chapter 553.71.
• *Building Studies*: Our firm conducts building studies for building owners, prospective building owners, owner representatives, and property managers.
• *Milestone Inspection*: We perform mandatory structural inspections for condominium and cooperative buildings required in compliance with Senate Bill 4-D.
