AMT LLC is an engineering consulting and land surveying firm based in Washington, D.C., conveniently located adjacent to Union Station. Since 2005, we have been providing site/civil and transportation engineering, surveying, program management, and landscape architectural services for projects throughout the District of Columbia. Our team comprises 37 professionals, including 10 Professional Engineers, 2 Licensed Surveyors, a Registered Landscape Architect, administrative and support staff, and other experts. We offer a broad range of services in various project specialties such as engineering services for facilities, land development, roadways, multi-modal design and Complete Streets; traffic engineering, utility infrastructure, drainage, low impact development and stormwater management. We also provide topographic, route and boundary surveys.
