Who We Are

The County Engineers Association of California (CEAC) has served California's 58 counties since 1914. Composed of dedicated county engineers, public works directors, and professionals, we stand united in our pursuit of efficient and innovative infrastructure across the state.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower local infrastructure through:

• Collaboration & Networking: We foster open communication and peer-to-peer learning among county engineers, enabling the sharing of best practices and tackling shared challenges.
• Policy & Advocacy: We advocate for policies that support and strengthen local infrastructure projects and programs.

What We Do
