Our Team

Our team is led by Gladys Sera, Ph. D., PMP, PE, Managing Member and Civil Engineer. Gladys is an experienced civil engineer with expertise in land and water resources engineering. She specializes in the design of stormwater management systems, utility design, land development, and performed QA/QC services. We also have Sarah Endale, Senior Assistant, who brings a strong background in operations management for construction and building supply companies. Patrick Castro, Lead Engineer, handles our larger jobs and is highly proficient in the technology surrounding this industry.
