Joshua G. Phillips, PLS
President and Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Montana (No. 17516) and Wyoming (No. 15543). Joshua has performed surveys for planning, construction, and as-built mapping of subdivisions, commercial developments, highways, tunnels, dams, high-voltage transmission lines, and numerous other projects across the West.
Grant Myhre, PE
Montana licensed Professional Engineer (PE) (No. 89369) and Project Manager. Grant earned a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Montana Tech in 2018 and has experience as a design engineer on a variety of heavy civil projects and subdivisions.
Cody Bodman
Director of Operations and Surveyor in Training and Registered Sanitarian. Cody joined the Eli team in November of 2021 and has diverse surveying experience completing mapping, cadastral, and boundary surveys utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
