The engineering division manages projects related to municipal and private civil and structural design, geotechnical investigations, land development, drilling services, and environmental studies. The surveying division is responsible for property, title (mortgage), and subdivision design services. The laboratory/construction material testing division handles water analysis, soil analysis, bacteria testing, natural gas chromatography, and construction material testing.

Our services encompass civil and structural design, geotechnical investigations, property and design surveying, land development, and construction administration. Additionally, we offer environmental consulting, site assessments, floodplain and drainage studies, laboratory testing, and construction material testing services.

At SKG Engineering, we pride ourselves on our staff's expertise and professionalism. Our team includes two Registered Professional Surveyors, one Surveyor in Training, four Professional Engineers, two Engineers-in-Training, a licensed Water Well (Environmental) Driller, four drafters, a Survey Manager, a Chemist, a Biologist, and various field and office technicians and assistants. Engineering Services

The Engineering Department at SKG Engineering provides top-notch work with unbeatable turnaround times to accommodate your project schedules. We offer a complete package of services to assist you with your project from start to finish. Our survey department provides property and topographic surveys, while our geotechnical engineers and laboratory provide geotechnical investigations and environmental personnel provide Environmental Site Assessments. Our civil and structural engineers offer pragmatic and innovative technical solutions for the civil and structural design that your projects require. Our Construction Materials Testing Department carries the project through completion with testing and inspections. The combined strength of our engineers, field and laboratory technicians, and support personnel enables us to handle a variety of projects efficiently and effectively.

• Water Distribution System Design: We offer a total approach to municipal water distribution improvements, including system mapping, physical inspection, computer modeling, preliminary design report, construction plans, and construction supervision.
• Sewage Collection System Design: We provide comprehensive services for sewage collection system design, including system mapping, physical inspection, computer modeling, preliminary design report, construction plans, and construction supervision.
• Storm Water Management: We offer stormwater management services, including stormwater master planning, storm sewer system design, stormwater quality treatment, and erosion control design.
• Land Development: Our land development services include feasibility studies, site planning, grading and drainage design, utility design, and construction administration.

SKG Engineering is registered with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers (Firm Registration Number F-7608) to offer and perform engineering services in the State of Texas. We are also a Texas licensed Surveying Firm (Registration Number 101024-00) legally qualified to offer land surveying services in this State under the laws of Texas governing surveying. Our Construction Material Testing department at SKG Engineering has ACI Certified Field Technicians, and our field technicians are certified in Nuclear Gauge Operator Safety Training. Additionally, our laboratory is NELAP Accredited for Bacteria Analysis (No. T104704387).
