As a multi-disciplinary consulting firm, Triad Engineering, Inc. (Triad) provides a wide range of services to a diverse client base. Established in 1975, we pride ourselves on being an employee-owned firm with nearly 200 employees across five states. As a company, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, fueled by our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about their work. Our employee-owned structure allows us to remain agile and responsive to individual client needs, while our large size gives us the resources to stay at the forefront of our industry.

• Civil Engineering: With a focus on land development, transportation, and recreation, our civil engineering team provides design services for commercial, education, energy, government, industrial, residential, and transportation projects.
• Surveying & Mapping Services: Our surveying and mapping services include a range of activities, from boundary surveys to topographic mapping, all aimed at providing accurate and reliable data for our clients.
• Environmental Services: From Phase I and II environmental assessments to compliance and remediation services, our team of environmental specialists helps clients navigate complex regulatory requirements.
• Drilling & Sampling Services: With our own fleet of drilling rigs, we provide drilling and sampling services for a wide range of projects, from environmental assessments to construction materials testing.

Founded in 1975 as a small geotechnical engineering firm, Triad has grown into a multidisciplinary consulting firm with a strong presence across the Mid-Atlantic region.
