Tri-State Design and Development is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm serving both public agencies and private industry. Founded in 1983, our firm offers a wide range of engineering services, including the design, construction management/inspection, and coordination of numerous industrial, institutional, and transportation projects. Our collective experience includes the design of steel and prestressed concrete highway bridges, roadways, and structural rehabilitations, as well as industrial facilities for heavy and light industries, commercial and educational buildings.

Our professional services are built upon proven engineering and project management skills. We have the experience necessary to successfully complete projects on-time and within budget. Our in-house staff includes experienced managers, registered professional engineers and surveyors, construction inspectors, and CADD designers. We utilize state-of-the-art CADD systems with AutoCAD and MicroStation software, backed by personal computers, printers, and a large library of structural design, analysis, traffic analysis, geometric design, HVAC systems design, lighting design, and database software.

We offer a comprehensive line of engineering services, including structural and civil engineering, structural inspection, analysis, and report, highway and bridge design, traffic studies and intersection design, field survey, construction management/inspection, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and HVAC engineering.
